ARTIKEL REVIEW: OPTIMASI FORMULASI SNEDDS DENGAN SIMPLEX LATTICE DESIGN DAN BOX BEHNKEN DESIGN

SNEDDS merupakan campuran isotropik yang terdiri dari obat, surfaktan, ko-surfaktan dan minyak. Pengembangan optimasi formulasi tepat diperlukan untuk meminimalisir waktu, biaya, serta menjamin optimal. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah menjelaskan aplikasi simplex lattice design (SLD) box behnken (BBD) dalam SNEDDS. Metode digunakan menyusun review yaitu teknik studi pustaka dengan mencari literatur bentuk data primer berupa jurnal nasional maupun internasional bahasa Inggris 10 tahun terakhir (2011-2020). Optimasi SLD BBD dilakukan memilih memiliki nilai desirability lebih tinggi. Apabila respon terprediksi terukur pada optimal hasil prediksi menunjukkan p>0,05 one sample t-test, maka dianggap valid. Kedekatan metode menghitung % bias. Beberapa penelitian menggunakan persen bias (%) mengukur kedekatan antara berkisar -6,04% - 7,3%. Nilai semakin besar penyimpangan terukur.
